\u201cEs uno de los desaf\u00edos del siglo XXI. Ahora hay un mercado global activo para detener a estadounidenses injustamente en Venezuela, Rusia, China o en alg\u00fan otro lugar, Ir\u00e1n, y luego usarlos para comerciar con algo que quieran en el futuro\u201d, dijo Rubio durante la audiencia en el Senado para su confirmaci\u00f3n como secretario de Estado.<\/p>\n
Aunque aclar\u00f3 que los ciudadanos estadounidenses seguir\u00e1n teniendo libertad para viajar, Rubio consider\u00f3 \u201cnecesario crear una mayor conciencia sobre esa realidad\u00bb porque advirti\u00f3 que es \u00abun riesgo real\u201d que puedan ser secuestrados.<\/p>\n
